Unfortunately, I had to take my down jacket to the dry cleaner twice and pay a total of over $100 to have it cleaned properly. By the way, it's new (less than a year old and had only been dry cleaned once before). The second time, they gave me a $10 discount (actually, they gave it to me the first time and didn't use it the second time), but they didn't apply it (it was a repeat cleaning because they didn't clean it properly the first time). Judge for yourself and be careful

I was very disappointed with my experience here.
I dropped off three items at this location and the front desk employee had significant difficulties. She could not find my name on the screen and eventually I had to look and point it out to her. She seemed confused about the clothes I provided her and when I went to leave she did not provide me with a slip. I saw her putting my clothes in a bag without tags or a label and went back in to ask her why they were not being tagged - she told me she would mark the bag.
I came back Tuesday afternoon as directed and the same worker was there. She told me I had no clothes for pickup. When I... read full review
