I’ve lived in Calgary for 8 years and have never needed a plumber so when the time came, I had no idea who to call. After reading all the great reviews on google, I decided to call Tiptop Plumbing and couldn’t be happier. Eva answered the phone bright and early in the morning and sent me the info for the technician that was coming out, including a headshot so I knew who to expect (nice touch!). Rene was the plumbing technician that they sent out and he was fantastic! He was very friendly and described everything he was seeing and doing throughout the process - I learned a lot! Shout out to Paul McKay!! Timely, and so courteous. Very friendly and even my big dog barking in their face didn’t faze them. Faucet replacement in 20 minutes, and everything looks perfect! Will be calling these folks again even on a weekend emergency call. Thanks again Paul!
