    Love Yoga! Great experienced instructor's Chrissy &Spring are the best!
    By going to different classes 3-4 times a week I have noticed so many changes in balance, strength and what surprised me the most was the change in body shape ( that I didn’t expect). Investing 75min each day is a small amount of time to achieve the results I have been getting.

    The Yoga Studio offers an amazing assortment of classes in a zen setting. I attend yoga for better backs with Spring Lambrakos. I have bursitis in my shoulder - after a couple of months of attending, I am now pain free, have better range of motion, and sleep better. I also notice my posture improved (the hump at the back of my neck is reducing significantly!!). Spring is extremely knowledgeable in her practices, helpful to every student, and a warm, caring soul. She has a great sense of humour which helps when challenging us to do better! I have also taken a few classes from Brett Heilman who is a promising new instructor with a calming demeanour and high skill level...read full review

    I have been practicing at this yoga studio since 2018. Really enjoy the classes here.Variety style of yoga classes you can choose.Instructors are good!I'll continue to practice yoga here for sure!??
