Carolyn Brown herself, the owner of The Chinook Gardener, came all the way out to my residence to look at and find a solution for my Swedish columnar aspen that had been leaning since the windstorm in June. The tree is too tall to be staked; so she lightened the leaning side and tightened the rope that will help the tree move back into its upright position over time. She also brought me a Crasulla plant as a surprise. I was very pleased with and grateful for her efforts. I highly recommend The Chinook Gardener for your outdoor space. I wanted to provide an update for The Chinook Gardener since my previous review. They were very good about dealing with my complaint and we have taken shared responsibility for the issues that occurred. They did my landscaping first thing in the spring 2021 and did the groundwork before leaving it for a month or so until the plants arrived. Everything was planted in the first day and only a few things were left for the next day. I let The Chinook Gardener decide which plants to use and included a few of my requested plants.
