Very pleased with the services offered by Southern Roofing & Waterproofing; have had a new roof in the fall of 2023 (insurance claim) & in July 2024 they installed a sun tunnel & we are thrilled with the results so much so we are going to ask them to install a 2nd sun tunnel. We dealt with Roanna Reinhart (Exterior Coordinator) & Patrick Neustaeter (Project Manager) & they were both very helpful & professional in the way they conducted themselves.

I work for a company that has property in Alberta, but I am located in Ontario. One of our buildings sustained significant hail damage and Southern Roofing was the company recommended by our insurance company to complete the repairs. This is by far the BEST company I have ever worked with and given that we did much of it at + 3000km distance it was amazing! Roanna R. was the coordinator assigned to us. She kept me informed of everything that required repair, including notice of when it was to happen, providing updates and photos all along the way. If something changed she either emailed or called. The people at Southern Roofing have all been wonderful to work with. We had hail damage to our roof. The new roof was done and they did a great job. Patrick and Mark were kind, professional and thorough. Roanna, you went above and beyond time and again. Your kindness and willingness was amazing. Wish we could give you more stars. Great people.
