“My wife and I discovered a leak in our maintenance room that was originated from the small chimney on our roof.

After speaking with a very pleasant rep they indicated that someone would come to check if there was any damage to the shingling. We were not expecting to be serviced for a few days, but to our pleasant surprise Cody arrived the very next day.

He was quick to identify the problem (cracked chimney) and repaired it on the spot even though he was just there to service the shingles. Cody took the time to take pictures of the chimney before and after the repair, so that we were well informed of the situation. He was very friendly and professional.

“I contacted Eric in the fall about having our garage roof replaced on a home we had just purchased. He was so friendly and helpful at that time that I kept his number for when we were ready as we decided that the large tree hanging on the roof needed to be removed first. I called Eric on April 10 and he came within a couple days to do a quote. His quote was reasonably price, detailed and he answered all the questions my husband had. He said he would come in the next 2 or 3 weeks weather depending. The weather in April was snowy and not great so I was surprised when he called April 26 to start the roof and new eavestrough. I actually was never there when they were working and other than the new roof and eaves (which look great) you wouldn't even know they were there as they did a great job cleaning up! Any interaction I had with Eric he was quick to respond, very polite, friendly and I felt he was interested making sure we were happy with everything.
