Shell is a local gas station known for its clean and organized environment. Customers appreciate the polite and positive staff, who provide excellent service. One employee even helped a customer with a medical issue, showcasing the caring nature of the team. However, there have been concerns about the slurpee machine, which has been reported to taste off lately. Overall, Shell offers a good experience for those in need of fuel and convenience store items.
I purchased the highest-tier car wash (around $20) and waited in line for over 20 minutes without the line moving at all. Three cars behind me left during that time, and I eventually left as well because absolutely nothing was happening.
When I went inside to ask for a refund, the attendant was extremely rude, raised his voice at me, and insisted the line was moving when it clearly was not. Instead of addressing the issue, he chose to argue and basically yell at me. Being spoken to that way over a legitimate issue is completely unacceptable.
Based on this experience — and the number of similar negative reviews — I will never be returning to this gas...read full review
Unreliable car wash - I drove 20 minutes multiple times only to find it closed. When I asked about a refund for my Shell app subscription, the attendant said they couldn't help because it was bought online and dismissed me without any effort to resolve the issue. Poor customer service, specifically from the petite lady in the store - I meet her all the time. Won't be renewing.
I am not impressed with this carwash, we have been using this one for the past few years and no issues!
Yesterday had a car wash, both sides and back of my vehicle didn’t come clean.
Talked to the girl on staff she issued me another rewash, there was dirt coming off the roof with the second wash and still didn’t clean the back and sides!!
As for these prepaid cards, I always get these
But no longer trust them, I keep track of all my car wash and I know there should have been 3 left and when she checked my card she said they were all used!
I will be moving on as well!
