    I was recently contacted by our tenant to say they had a mold issue. ServiceMaster was recommended to me as they have a wealth of experience in this area. Had the pleasure of working with Jenn - one of their project managers. She was highly attentive to my desire to remedy the situation while being cost conscious. Jenn had lots of great advice and earned my trust quickly. I have yet to do the actual work, so this review is specific to the quoting process. I will update my review post work but have full confidence in what lies ahead.

    I put all the good things first

    They came fast to assess it.

    They were a little slow on setting the dates for the repairs though.

    Their work was good.

    Bad things

    Site supervisor was not responsive at all via text or phone.

    They did lots of damage while moving my stuff. So be careful. So many.
    It was awful on the basement.

    Second, they didn't disclose about the damages,I found a week later so if you make damage, immediately disclose and repair while on site

    I thought the service was average. This was an insurance claim and it took a whole year to resolve so I need to think back on this a bit more.

    In the beginning, the insurance assigned a PM from ServiceMaster, Dave Anderson. Basically I never heard anything from this guy. I would leave him voicemail he never calls me back. I think there are some text exchanges and he basically delegated the entire time.

    There was scope missed by their estimating team that I had to wrestle with my insurance, and this caused the job to take even longer to get done.
