We had a toilet flooding in our upstairs bathroom which went down to the main floor. Rocky Cross was quick to remediate the damages, prevent any mold issues and repair/restore our house. Their work was great and our project coordinator, Chris, was awesome.
A great experience going thru this insurance claim. We were well informed of what needed to be done, questions all answered by Pam and Robert, and the subtrade managed his team really well to provide a high quality project. I'm very happy with the outcome and would recommend you to others that need work done. Thanks!
Overall we did have a good experience for our repairs with RCCN. They did a good job on our repairs, and we were satisfied with the job. We initially had some challenges reaching our PM once the work was finished to complete the outstanding items we were concerned about, and after voicing on concerns to the company, they reached out to us and came out to review the concerns and help resolve the issues in a prompt responsive manner.
