We bought our house partway through the build, and working with Mirand made the whole experience really smooth. He was super flexible and let us make a few changes along the way, which we really appreciated. What stood out most was how present and involved he was. He’s at the house every day, knows exactly what’s going on, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on — which you don’t see often. His communication was solid the entire time, and he always made us feel like we could reach out with questions, big or small.
