In the midst of a “polar vortex” in Feb 2021, the hot water heating in my apartment condominium failed after hours. Reggin had only recently taken on the contract for maintenance and repair. I found their dispatcher and technicians responded quickly, and worked diligently to repair our heating. Throughout the process of 3 service calls within 24 hours, necessitated by a complex problem, the staff remained friendly, courteous and concerned. Kudos to Zach and Richard!!
