I called quality transmission in a rush as my van started to show signs of a faulty transmission (high RPM). The gentleman who picked up the phone greeted me kindly and informed me that I could come in even though the shop was closing in two and a half hours. Once there I was talked to with respect and treated like family. Jarret and Guarav were at the front desk and walked me through the process (which took all in all 45 minutes to do). When finished the diagnostics I was shown the paper and vehicle, transparency was huge which I did appreciate as I was already flustered. This place deserves 5 star rating.My husband works everyday and he drives his work van spending a heck lot of time driving. He heard some sort of rubbing noise while driving and he took it to one of the shops as he just bought the vehicle so they stated it needs new brakes, rotors, pads, calipers, and along with bearings and T-case they came up with a total of almost $5000 as they said it needs new brake line as wellbut it was anyways due for serviceso considering the location and “FIRST COME FIRST SERVE” policy he took his van to Quality Transmission which we had no clue about as we just saw it on google and got to know that screws for calipers were missing and it... read full review

The guys at Quality transmission have helped a bunch with my car that I just bought. They were able to fix my transmission problems for a fraction of what the dealership was charging, and they also do a great job on other general repair/mechanic work as well. Couldn't recommend them enough!
