My Rating is based on my experience and not the quality of the house. I give the house quality a 4.5 star. We have just reached our 1 year mark in Ranchers Rise Okotoks. The purchasing and design process was absolutely fantastic. Tracy our sales representative and the design team were amazing. At first Harmon the site supervisor was great. Then once we got possession everything changed. He would not acknowledge any of our emails or concerns.We were fortunate not to have a lot of major deficiencies just a lot of small issues but Bill was fantastic at getting them taken care of. The builders were great with the whole experience from selecting the house to choosing the designs, to the walk through for possession. Manjot was amazing with the whole process made it really easy to communicate with and also helped us pick out the model we wanted. He spent a lot of time with us and made it easy to make a quick decision. Communication was clear and thorough. I would recommend going to him for all the home needs. Kristen was amazing with helping us designing the house, as she was amazing and quick with showing us selections of designs and helping us pick them out. I recently had the opportunity of working with Manjot from Prominent Homes in South Shore for the purchase of my own home and being a Realtor myself I can confirm that these guys do what they say.
