We recently had our roof redone by Roger and his team. They were absolutely wonderful. The team came and worked quickly and made sure to have the area all tarped up so there was zero mess left behind. We were impressed with how well everything turned out. Roger, the owner, went above and beyond to help us when we were in a sticky situation with another contractor. He put us in touch with great contacts to restore our Heritage property and was onsite to ensure everything went smoothly! He turned our nightmare into a beautiful home and we cannot say enough great things about him and his team! Truly a kind person with top level experience.
We are so happy with the services provided by Roger, Kim and their team at Premier. From start to finish, we were informed of all processes and procedures. The quote was fair, prompt and very thorough, which is why we decided to go with Premier over other quoted options.The crew started promptly on time and cleaned up all debris. They service High River. Roger came and examined our skylights, identified the problem and provided a reasonable quote for the work. When I agreed, I told him of a missing corner of our chimney siding that I wanted replaced. He spent time to research the challenge and then had his contractor apply the fix. We were only billed the originally quoted amount. There were no additional charges for this extra work. Couple this with the 5 year warranty and you have a first rate organization you can count on.
