“A year ago after visiting multiple doctors and physiotherapists for pain from a undetected fracture in my tarsalia and excruciating pain in my lower back I met Anna who suggested I should try clinical essential movement. From my first treatment on I felt welcomed, taken seriously and being treated very kindly and knowledgeable. Anna listened when my boundaries were reached always tried to find another way to make movement possible and encouraged me to not give up. After 3 sessions the pain in my food was so manageable that I could pick up walking again, after a few more sessions it disappeared completely. It took a while longer to deal with my chronic lower back pain. I joint her online group classes which are super enjoyable. She guides you through each movement with clear easy to understand instructions. After each session there is a quick feedback round where you can clarify any questions you might have. Within a year the combination of clinical treatment, online classes and practice at home helped me to be able to do a short hike back country camping trip with a 12 kg back pack on my back. A year ago I would have laughed had someone told me that I would be able to do this again.
