I tore my calf after running a marathon, which put me on crutches for the better part of the summer. Mark gave me specific strengthening exercises to nudge my leg back into shape gently but effectively. I was off the crutches faster than expected and running again by the end of the summer! Mark was recommended to me a few months ago by a coworker. Mark is very thorough and knowledgeable about the body! He’s is very good at explaining the pain process and able to figure things out quickly. His timeline was very much spot on for healing time. He is all mindful of all aspects of recovery and can assist where needed! Thanks for your help! I’m still pain free!

A TRUE PROI appreciate Marks style, sensibility and approach , Does not rush through anything and really knows the human body.The other added bonus is that there is gym attached to his office so he can run through exercise with you on the spot and monitor your progress.Parking is always abundant and free as well.
