I stumbled upon the Portrait Studio at Marlborough Mall after a disappointing experience at Walmart where they took an inadequate passport photo of my wife, leading to the rejection of her permanent residency application, and Walmart refused to take any responsibility. Desperate for a solution, I decided to give the Portrait Studio a try.I was fortunate to meet Monique, the manager of the Portrait Studio, who was extremely helpful. She listened to my story and provided valuable advice. After waiting a little while for the photographer to return from lunch she was extremely fast (in and out in 10 minutes) for my passport photo! She said their price was $39 but after I mentioned the $14 price advertised in another review she offered me $19 as a “Friday Special”, then ultimately charged me $15 instead! They provided me with prints and emailed a digital copy. She was very polite as well!
