My Slant Fin boiler burners wouldn’t turn on, they came out and did an awesome job! I will call Pete the Plumber every time. They are fair priced, organized very customer oriented and understand that honesty is the number one policy, not like other outfits that charge you with overpriced service calls. Our water heater broke and there was water all over our basement on Sunday. I called the emergency number and my message was answered within 5 minutes. After my husband explained our situation he was told a technician would call back. We received that call within 10 minutes. My husband explained what had happened and the technician told him he had to go to the warehouse to get our water heater. He also told us that there would be an extra charge since it was the weekend, which we had already been explained by the first technician. Of course we agreed since our basement was getting flooded. Just an hour later Edward arrived. He came in and explained exactly what would happen. Edward was very efficient and friendly. He explained what he was doing. Edward also made sure he left our basement clean and took away all the garbage. I would definitely recommend Pete the Plumber
