“Cooper has been going to the Petropolitan since he was a little over a year old. He is bow approaching his 4th birthday in June and he still loves seeing all his friends (human and fur babies). The entire staff are wonderful and when I see him trot off with his caregiver with little tail wagging, it gives me peace of mind that he’s in good hands. They’re the only place where staff brush his teeth and clip his nails without causing a fuss. That says a lot in my books! Thanks to The Petropolitan for everything you do!“

“Great experience from start to finish. Easy to book and pay, service and communication was excellent and my girls did great at the appointment. There was so much care and attention in making sure the cats were introduced to all the sounds and experiences in the room to help set them at ease. Both of my long hair cats look fantastic and the shedding has been cut down so much!! I highly recommend, but they are busy so plan to book ahead.“

I've never been worried about my dogs while in their care. There have been times that the groomer has pointed out an issue that I need to be watching and possibly need vet care. “Absolutely thrilled to share my experience with Bath to Bow – they are nothing short of marvelous! My oldest dog, Lilly, who turns 16 in just two days, is a purebred Shih Tzu and has now had two grooming sessions with them. Both times have been fantastic. Lilly is always so happy going in and coming out, which is exactly what I've been searching for.
