We have dealt with Parry Bros for over 30 years. They are truly amazing and continue to be so.I recently needed to get a mail key for a building condo. Since it was the weekend, I thought that I would just slip to Home Depot. I was surprised to see that they had a new digital key cutting machine that was said to be very accurate by the staff member. They put the key into a slot which identified the key as a #92. After a 40 minute drive to the condo, I tried the key but it was too ‘fat’ even though the ridges looked identical. This is the shop for all my lock needs, the woman who runs the dispatch and front desk with the tattoos is absolutely amazing and wow! Easy on the eyes, very knowledgable - my only piece of advice is for the elderly fellow who attends in the morning driving the silver van with the red text on it... You need to slow down and use your turn signals.
I had a two keys cut at a big box hardware store. Neither of them worked. Not only did Parry Bros. cut me a key from a fresh blank, but they corrected whatever was wrong with first two at no charge! All three keys work perfectly. Skill and service trump whatever convenience the big boxes think they're providing Thank you Parry Bros.!PS Parry Bros. is conveniently located in the Beltline.
