I’ve been coming to Oxygen since it first opened and have consistently purchased yearly passes. The value is unbelievable and the level of classes is incredible. Whether you are a beginner exerciser or a seasoned pro there is something for you! Whether it’s yoga, barre, free weights, HIIT or Pilates, they have got you covered.
Oxygen Yoga Braeside has the best yoga/fitness classes in the City. The variety of classes helps you focus on your fitness goals and the vibe is unique.. the staff is welcoming and you always want to come back ! Thank you guys .. keep it up ????namaste ??
Oxygen yoga is truly amazing. I always walk away feeling like I worked hard, and also supported the whole process. The lady’s as soon as you walk in the door are extremely positive. Plus the results over the past couple months have been better than any gym class I’ve taken.
