I recently went to Optiks International to get glasses for my son. Maureen, is absolutely the standard in expertise, efficiency and superior customer service. She helped us select the best possible frames, through patience of trying the myriad of frames we had selected. She communicated the options available, with zero pressure but educated us on the value of the different packages. It was her personable commitment to ensuring we got the best glasses possible. It is because of Maureen, that we will be Optiks International customers for life.
My whole family was here yesterday. It was a great experience Maureen was absolutely lovely to deal with we had a great time she helped with picking out frames we had a few good laughs. She was very patient as I kept changing my mind haha. Highly recommend them
