The nose piece on my eye glasses fell off. I brought it to them two weeks ago and they replaced it for free. I have been a customer of Optiks International for a long time. Glad that they put up a branch in East Hills. The staff members are very helpful and friendly. They also offer unlimited refill of lens cleaner for only $10 ( that’s was the price before I don’t if it has changed) . Thank you for always being supportive to your customers.

My entire family (5 of us) went to this location, Optiks International to get new frames and glasses and I have to tell you that the experience was beyond excellent! Would give more stars if I could. We were helped by amazing staff (Bahareh & Arzina) extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Both of them went above and beyond to get my 3 boys, my wife and I with excellent products, great service. They also have great product and deals and definitely a place to go for your new glasses. Thank you Bahareh and Arzina for the help! Definitely will be back when is time for new glasses! I 100% recommend optiks international
