AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

I recently visited OMG Nails & Spa, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I found the prices to be excessively high for the quality of service I received. My nails are crooked, out of shape, and frankly, not at all what I expected.

I tried reaching out to the manager/owner to express my concerns and seek a resolution, but I received no response. This lack of customer care only adds to my frustration. I wouldn’t recommend this salon based on my experience—there are better options out there that offer quality service at a fair price.

100% AWFULL. Terrible quality. Horrible in communication. Wasting time and money! He lets your nails burn under the UV light as much as he applies a thick layer of products on your nail. The tools that they use also are unsafe and un-sanitized. My gels just started falling off after 2 days. For this they charged me 70 bucks. Not recommended at all.

Omg absolutely the worst experience I have had in a very long time. Got a mani pedi. When I tried to ask about the difference in the options they were unable to tell me as they did not speak English. Then through Google translate they say menus are wrong and they are changing the board. Sit down for the pedicure water super hot but did not ask if temp was OK. Someone else came in asking for a service and was told to come back. The entire time felt like it was rushed. Pumice stone on the feet was a complete joke.
