OMG Nails & Spa - Southcentre Mall

This salon is very over-priced for the quality of the job they do. I could have done better in my own for the amount of money they charge for a mani/pedi. My nails are not straight, I'm not sure if the tech knew how to use a nail file. The Polish doesn't even cover my entire nail on almost any of my fingers. Maybe they do this so they grow out faster and you have to go back, but that will not be happening. The pedicure I got was maybe 5 minutes long. Don't go here, waste of money and time, there are many other salons around Southcentre, the convenience of it being in the mall is definitely not worth it.

My normal nail spa is closed for a month and I had to get my nails done- huge mistake stopping in here while doing some shopping, so unsanitary- the towel they used must’ve been the only towel they used all day so dirty and full of nail filings. The salon was dirty, didn’t speak English- bumpy, uneven nails. Zero personality and the cost was 55$ for a polish change! Would not recommend!

So went to this place today with my GF to relax and get a nice pedicure for Christmas. I asked if we can get in and get pedicures at the same time. They said sure and immediately started getting things going. My water was scalding hot and my GF’s water was freezing. No biggie got that corrected. Next thing you know my GF has her feet being worked on and the lady that was getting me going has left to do something else. During this time they handed a “menu” of what service we would like.
