Thanks to the team at Ocean Mechanical! Our install was done within two weeks of the quote, a new furnance and a/c unit (we got three quotes, this was the best value!). Andrew was friendly, knowlegable and left the area clean. He was helpful (not pushy) in explaining other areas we could improve, explained the process he was going through and afterward explained how to keep both units in good condition. Overall, it was a great experience.

We were experiencing temperature inconsistencies in our new home.The back ( north facing) of the home was noticeably cooler than the front ( south facing). The thermostat had been installed in the front of the unit in a narrow hallway, surrounded by 3 air vents and was also impacted by afternoon sun through the entryway window. Kyle immediately noticed the problem and returned to relocate the thermostat to the central part of the home. Kyle is very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to our concerns and promptly took our concerns back to his company. Both he and Jyle are courteous, meticulous, put their customers first and they are prompt. Jessica and Kyle were amazing to deal with! They were super supportive of my questions and the issue I was having. It turned out to be a non-issue but, very glad I was able to be connected to the both of them for what I needed. These guys are great!
