I would like to give Napa Heritage Auto Pro and Tire a five star review. Eden is the best receptionist that I have ever encountered, in a very long time. She’s professional, caring, efficient and has incredible customer service skills. I came in there yesterday with a broken windshield wiper, and she got Alex, one of their mechanics to assist me immediately, and he was outstanding with his performance. He even showed me how to put it on myself. I also would like to give Alex a five star review for his excellent customer service, and education as a mechanic. I had a great experience with this mechanic shop while they worked on our 2007 Mitsubishi Delica. I was consistently kept in the loop by their staff whenever there were any updates to our repair timeline. Nothing but good things to say.
