From the moment I called, they knew exactly what was wrong and were able to send someone out right away. They were also the only place in town who quoted me over the phone, and provided me with the assurance that I wasn’t going to get another band-aid fix. Thaer assessed the state of several toilets in a new home purchase, and recommended improvements with some and gave others his approval regarding safety and future non leak functionality. He also removed a garburator under a kitchen sink.Thaer was thorough, informative, professional and efficient, and was able to suggest alternatives and develop a future plan of action for one specific area, to be completed in a couple of months.I highly recommend MyCalgaryPlumber and will continue to use this company in future.Thaer returned in December to install a new toilet and remove the old one, efficiently and with no mess left behind.
