Mr. Rooter was able to schedule a tech (Jason L) on very short notice for a sewer scope and plumbing inspection of a conditionally sold house. He showed up on time and was very professional. The inspection was very thourough and I was able to watch the scope video live as he explained things to me and offered advise on several different solutions to problems he found.

Had a great experience with Josh today who came to do the drain inspection and quote for gas line adjustments. Very proffessional service, inspected the drain with camera, pointed out the two issues he found and showed me, also noted down everything on the invoice and sent me the video from the inspection via email. Also suggested some options of cleaning, including quotes and suggestion to have a senior tech come out to review and quote for repair. Overall very satisfied how quick and professional the service was. I only reached out for the booking 3 days ago and now it's all done and we have more to think about. Thank you!
