These guys are awesome! Even when they were booked full like a month in advance they made immediate time for my dogs emergency two days in a row. The staff are always amazing and I truly believe they give all the animals the upmost care and affection. Five stars from me!
The staff were so kind and caring to my cat. They really focused on making sure to keep his stress low, and give him a good experience. They were thoughtful and offered detailed explanations. Also, their cat room is great! Well designed to distract a cat from being scared.
I had been going to the same vet for 9 years when she moved out of the city. This put me in a position where I needed to find a new vet for my 16 year old fur baby with increasingly complex needs. I had heard good things about Montgomery Village vet and decided to give it a try.From the first phone call I got the sense of a calm and caring environment. As expected when I arrived, everyone from the reception, nurses, techs, were so kind. Dr. Jill was extremely kind and patient with my elderly grumpy little old man.
