“I've been having shoulder issues with Osteoarthritis. Since Keri Myers had done such a great job with my "tennis elbow" a few years ago, I booked with her at Avenue Physio's new location. As we worked on my shoulder weakness, Keri identified that there were important structural concerns, and she booked me for radiology. She identified that I needed SportsMed, and set me up with an appointment. The SportsMed referral went well because I had been doing the Physio, so our prep work really paid off. After the referral, I met with Keri again to develop an exercise regimen that will keep me making progress on shoulder strength and function.
Keri is such a delight to work with; so knowledgeable, gives practical and useful advice, identifies effective treatment, and gives great work-around ideas when I get stuck. She is also so encouraging in working with me to help me keep a positive approach.
