He had surgery to repair the damaged knee on Nov 1st 2024, we seen Chad 4 weeks after surgery. Jax was torn a part both physically and mentally, as this game is his whole life. Chad was supper supportive and come up with a plan that day. When Jax sees Chad he is so motivated to do what is right in the healing process. He is hopeful and excited when he gets home from his appointment every time. I truly appreciate Chad and all that he does to help Jax get back in the game.“

“I've been having shoulder issues with Osteoarthritis. Since Keri Myers had done such a great job with my "tennis elbow" a few years ago, I booked with her at Avenue Physio's new location. As we worked on my shoulder weakness, Keri identified that there were important structural concerns, and she booked me for radiology. She identified that I needed SportsMed, and set me up with an appointment. The SportsMed referral went well because I had been doing the Physio, so our prep work really paid off. After the referral, I met with Keri again to develop an exercise regimen that will keep me making progress on shoulder strength and function.
Keri is such a delight to work with; so knowledgeable, gives practical and useful advice, identifies effective treatment, and gives great work-around ideas when I get stuck. She is also so encouraging in working with me to help me keep a positive approach. I am greatly encouraged by her professional care, thoughtful approach, useful advice, and depth of knowledge in the science of her practice.
