Enoch has done absolute magic with my shoulder, while the physio clinic I was at bwfore was complacent with waiting for the sports medicine clinic assessment - four months out! I was sooo not interested in doing nothing with my shoulder's condition and the huge ripple effects into the rest of my life! Enoch came up with innovative new approaches and techniques that have helped my ability to do life while building the support muscles and improving my reach, flexibility and overall function of my shoulder! This was my first visit to physiotherapy, and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. However, my physiotherapist, Emily, made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything clearly, asked thoughtful questions, and performed a thorough and efficient assessment. Her treatments and prescribed exercise was well suited to my condition, and I plan to continue therapy here. The receptionist was also very kind and welcoming.
