I contacted Eric in the fall about having our garage roof replaced on a home we had just purchased. He was so friendly and helpful at that time that I kept his number for when we were ready as we decided that the large tree hanging on the roof needed to be removed first. I called Eric on April 10 and he came within a couple days to do a quote. His quote was reasonably price, detailed and he answered all the questions my husband had. He said he would come in the next 2 or 3 weeks weather depending. The weather in April was snowy and not great so I was surprised when he called April 26 to start the roof and new eavestrough. My garage roof was almost flat and rotting through the plywood. Eric replaced the rotted boards and put a new roofing material on. He is personable, trustworthy, and starts the job quickly. I would not hesitate to use his company again.
We had a leak in our roof at an area that was difficult to access and we tried for weeks to find someone to fix it. After making many calls to other contractors (all unreturned - apparently they just wanted bigger roofing jobs) Eric jumped in to help.He came by within a day to look at the job and returned later with the materials to access the roof and fix the leak. He and his crew cleaned up around the area and even went so far as to unblock some of the eavestroughs for us. Eric is very personable and professional.
