I recently celebrated my birthday at La Soleil Spa, and it was absolutely amazing! I opted for their Escape Package, which included everything you could possibly need to unwind and destress. From body scrubs to facials to massages, they had it all covered.My favourite part of the experience was definitely the body wrap. It was my first time trying it, and I was blown away by how relaxed I felt. I ended up sleeping like a baby afterward!But what really made the day special was Vera, the owner. My mom and I both got massaged by Vera this week while staying at Aloft. Absolutely fantastic massages! My mom said it was the best massage she had ever had. Highly highly recommend.

Hot stone massage with Kim not only relieved the shoulder and lower back pain but it also reduced an accumulation of stress and anxiety to a level of a ‘Mona Lisa smile’ I had on my face after Kim (see photo) was done. Somatic intervention with such a technical precision is a rare find and its impact is amplified by the relaxing, cosy, warm atmosphere of the lounge (see photo).
