From every interaction, to ensuring you're comfortable, to having conversations to even making sure everything is kept clean and tidy - the entire team set a whole new level of benchmark on how to run a male spa. The entire atmosphere turned me from feeling like a stranger to a friend in a matter of minutes. “For facials. This is the place. For reference. I am 36 years old. I called a few other places about facials and under eye treatments and was told I was looking for a "medical" facial, which I wasn't. I spoke with Hercy on the phone and told her my skin concerns. She answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable going to a place I randomly searched on Google. I ended up doing the hydrating facial and an add on eye treatment. And wow! First facial I've ever received in which I noticed a marked difference in my pore size, brightness and dark circles under eye. I will be recommending her to friends. She is also extremely hygienic. For a pedicure, she does a great job as well. Just keep in mind she doesn't have massage chairs, if that is your jam. It's for hygienic/lack of regulation reasons that she doesn't have them, but that was the only thing I could think of that I had hoped for out of my experience (though also don't want unhygienic massage chairs at places either). Hercy is wonderful. Very friendly and approachable. Place is a bit tricky for parking and finding the first time. But definitely recommend!“

“It was my first time getting extensions and Karen was just amazing. I called and she was so sweet and helpful. She even took me in after hours in the same day, which is so so appreciated. I didn’t know how my first experience would be but I was welcomed with such a cute aesthetic room which lightened up my mood. Although I live in the NW and it was a 40 min drive it was so so worth it. I am also in the beauty industry so I understand how it can be taking new clients and explaining to them the process. She was not only fast but explained everything to me. She has such a sweet aura and made my experience so comfortable and relaxing. I was very sensitive to light when I closed my eyes but she told me to take my time to adjust and that there was no rush. She really is an amazing and highly experience technician.
