I took my vehicle to Airways Krown for rust prevention. I showed up early just to be sure where it was and to get my vehicle registered. They are a very friendly Mom & Pop family run business. They took my car early, pointed me to another unrelated Mom and Pop restaurant where I could walk from their garage and enjoy a very good breakfast with another Mom and Pop there while I waited. When I returned from breakfast, the Mom offered me coffee, a news paper and we had a really fun conversation about the business and their children who also work there, one full time and a daughter who helps occasionally when Mom needs to be away. Its like working with friends, except the service is better. The convenient location is like 6 or 7 mins from the highway, near a great diner and the best glass shop in calgary. The service is thorough and the explanation and guidance in terms of care maintenance and commitment is great too. I've been back several times.Never had a problem... but assuming we ever did, the human approach being fair and open would be my expectation...He's a solid human kind of person. Rare these days.
