I was checking which store had a specific carpet and luckily it was Jordans. I gave a call and Aleksandr assisted me with the material I was looking for. Made me a quick estimate based on the information I gave him over the phone and the next day I was at Jordans talking to him in person and checking other options they had. I went into Jordans because they had a flooring I wanted and had been told it was discontinued by another retailer. Bhawya was very attentive and checked for the flooring immediately. She was able to confirm quickly that the flooring was still available and order it for me. I had the flooring in a little over a week. The customer service I received when I picked up my flooring was also exceptional. I would recommend Jordans to my family and friends as I am very pleased with my experience there.
