“I took my daughter’s laptop in for repair this morning and was greeted by a very nice receptionist. She listened to the problem and immediately took the laptop to the tech in the back. She returned in a few minutes with the laptop repaired. I understand this was a repair that could be completed in a short amount of time but they didn’t have to do it as quickly as they did. I left being a very happy customer and will be bring my laptop here for all repairs in the future.

“Came in with my GPU fan having issues, very kind, patient, and understanding behind the counter, had a great sense of humour too. Answered all of my questions in a clear and digestable manner and even gave me a solution to my internet issues with my laptop. Left my laptop there so I wouldn't have to come back again later when the fans were shipped. 21 hours later on the dot I get a call saying that my fans are replaced. Unfortunately had to buy both fans since they're sold in pairs but he mentioned that the CPU fan was probably going to end up blowing out within the next six months as well so it wasn't the end of the world.
