We had been with iron Oak for many years. But as often time happen, we moved to another provider. We had trouble getting a new iPad on line and Iron Oak has had experience with our needs for this. So we called them and they quickly agreed to help as they know it was the last thing to get another technician in the field generating income for us. I would like to say what atop notch service they provided us both in the past and with our emergency as well. This was the first time taking my computer in to be fixed anywhere - ever. The staff were professional and efficient. They dealt with my issues with respect and kindness, I am very impressed with their service and my computer is better than it has ever been. Bonnie was kind to me and very understanding, even though I think I was a difficult customer they did not treat me as such! Highly recommend!

I have been using IronOak IT since 2008 and have found them over that time to be - above all - cost efficient. There is a cost to IT support but they have assisted me in moderating that cost. At the same time, they have been helpful and courteous and tremendously responsive when I have had problems. If anyone needs to find an IT support supplier I recommend IronOak wholeheartedly.
