Shaun from Instant Plumbing was professional and really easy to deal with from getting a quote to my new boiler install. He talked me through the options and the various code requirements so that the final job will be signed off by the county; some other companies suggested short cuts that they hoped the inspector might not notice but that is not how Instant Plumbing rolls!! On the day of Install, Shaun had done so much prep work pre- building the unit that it only took half a day. We had an emergency water leak and called several companies, but Instant Plumbing & Heating was the only one able to make it to our home within a few hours!
Our plumber, Tanner, was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did he fix the issue efficiently, but he also took the time to explain everything to us, even though we had no idea what was going on. Tanner's knowledge was impressive, and he gave us valuable advice on how to prevent future issues.
We will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend him to everyone!
