Keith Markwart was excellent from start to finish. My biggest concern was being 'oversold' on a water softener system that was not required for the size of our home and expected usage. Keith was patient and discussed the various options and explained clearly what was required vs. optional upgrades.
In addition, we also moved forward with the Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System based on Keith's knowledgeable recommendations.
Keith also performed the installation of both systems, and we could not be happier. I 100% recommend this company and Keith in particular!

Anthony was friendly and took the time to explain the problem, provide options and make a recommendation. A new blower was required and Anthony returned with the part plus additional pieces in case new error codes developed. Being prepared was helpful as with a new blower it revealed there were communication errors with a board and it needed to be updated as well. Anthony took the time to review the issues and ensure we were comfortable with the repairs. Throughout the process it was evident that Anthony had our best interest at heart.
