She believes that release can come from a place of easing pain not creating it. Sandra is passionate about massage therapy as gentle support for families experiencing life transitions, senior care and those struggling with chronic pain from use of technology, stress, anxiety or grief. Sandra specializes in treatments for high level stress, corporate burnout, work/life overwhelm, anxiety, grief and trauma support. Her client base ranges from teens to seniors.
