“Early 2024...I just had Knight in for a couple of jobs in the house we just moved into. Their plumber Mike did a great job...I'd have him back with no reservations whatsoever. He scoped out the 2 jobs I wanted done, explained exactly what he was going to do, and then got it all done fairly quickly. He then showed me the finished work and explained things to look out for going forward. He even answered a couple questions I had about other plumbing devices in the utility room that I didn't know what they were. Great job, Mike...it was a 5-star experience for me, and Knight are now my go-to Plumbing and HVAC company!“

“Our furnace wasn’t igniting which started at about 4AM. I called at around 9 and sameday was able to get a technician im the house by 2. Technician Dave was great! He explained easily what can happen over time in cold weather, showed a picture of the issue and was able to make a quick fix. I am now defrosting!“

“Got three quotes from three companies, including the city’s most renown and one affiliated with my wife’s employer. Not only was Air Force’s quote the lowest, it was also the only one that did not attempt to sell or use products that were unnecessary for our home. Everything during the quotation process was explained to me so that I could have an informed opinion about not only AirForce’s options, but also the competition’s quotes.The installation was of impeccable quality by three gents who efficiently, accurately and very cleanly executed the job. Once again time and care was taken to explain the install, and to provide me with the best practices associated to my system. The crew also did things like clean up my builder’s installation issues with the former furnace and humidifier. The engineering of their work was also sublime.Buying a replacement furnace isn’t as fun a spend as a trip to Disneyland, but if you have to do it, AirForce is where it’s at.“

“We have two old furnaces in our home. One died during our -40 cold snap on a Sunday morning. It just so happened that it was the last day of the Home Show in Calgary.We went to this show and visited every furnace show space. Within a few hours I decided Shiftair was the choice. Dan and Brent were very information and had answered all our questions with detail. Dan came by our home on Monday to do an assessment and provided an estimate. They arranged for Brady, Daniel and Carter to start the install two days later. These guys are very friendly and focused on doing a professional install. I also threw out a bunch of questions and they were happy to answer them.Once the install was complete, the City Inspector dropped by to approve the work. There were a few very minor adjustments that needed to be made, one including access to the roof. As soon as the snow melted from the roof, Shiftair was back at our home to make the minor tweaks.Oh, and by the way, the furnaces work great!We highly recommend Shiftair“

“The staff and tech at Jamison were amazing to deal with. Susan on the phone was helpful with giving advice to help troubleshoot the problem. She was also transparent on giving an ETA for when the Tech (Curt) would arrive. As soon as Curt arrived he thoroughly explained the issue and provided a step by step guide on how to fix the issue on my own if the problem where to happen again. Curt also caught an ignitor at the end of it's lifespan and was able replace it before it failed. Overall I'm pleased and would highly recommend Jameson.“

“I woke the other morning to the furnace not working properly on a cold day. I phoned the company at 7:30 a.m. and the call was answered immediately. Information was taken and passed on to the technicians. The cost of the call out was communicated. I was called within 2 hours and given 45 minute notice of arrival time. The technician was efficient and identified the problem quickly. A part had to be obtained and he provided me with the estimate. He was gone about 1.5 hours, returned and had the part installed within 15 minutes. Tested the system and all was functioning properly. Very happy with the service.“

They were so nice and professional (and not that it is important but they are all quite "easy on the eyes")I was absolutely shocked when these boys did most of the work, installing a new furnace and new hot water tank, completely in the dark, after enmax cut off my power mistakenly instead of the intended attached neighbor. My basement was a right off but they didnt make me feel bad about it at all and they made sure to keep me informed through the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend this team of hard workers!“

It was easy to communicate with them as they were quite friendly - no huge egos and not easy to offend as this is our first home and our first time to have this service done - so we had a lot we learned from others and are verifying with them, we had questions and questions and questions.
