This morning, I arranged to have my ducts cleaned by (Keith my Furnace Guy for those of you who know him) and in the process he discovered a nasty oil leak coming from the furnace's blower motor. “Dealing with Pascal and The Prince of Fresh Air has been nothing short of his namesake. Punctual, considerate, thorough and went above and beyond.We had our furnace give out he was recommended by friends. He was contacted in the late evening and showed up early the next morning to give a full inspection and break down of everything going on with our unit. Pascal walked us through all the issues, ensured we understood the situation fully and left us with comprehensive write up and understanding of the problem.Though the news was unfortunate and we needed a full replacement, we felt comfortable that he was being fully transparent with us. He provided us same day quotes so we could feel confident we were making the best decision. “I cannot say enough good things about Shawn and his crew. They were so nice and professional (and not that it is important but they are all quite "easy on the eyes")I was absolutely shocked when these boys did most of the work, installing a new furnace and new hot water tank, completely in the dark, after enmax cut off my power mistakenly instead of the intended attached neighbor. My basement was a right off but they didnt make me feel bad about it at all and they made sure to keep me informed through the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend this team of hard workers!“

“We were firing up the A/C units for the summer, but something was not quite right. Called STAT because their sticker was on the units, and received a very warm welcome and a quick appointment date. Technician was right on time and knew what he was looking for and doing. Repaired some miswiring from a previous tech who had changed the thermostat for heat during the middle of the winter. Fired everything up and measured pressure, temperature on each air outlet, and overall air flow. Cleanup up the furnaces and filters while he was at it. Still had time
left over on his basic time allotment
so he checked the outdoor condenser air flows and touched up the coils. System chugged away like a charm all summer.
We will definitely call them back here next Spring. Well managed company with great staff! Thank You!“

“We just had a leak in our hot water tanks fixed up by Steve. I made the appt yesterday morning and they were able to get here today. Five stars for that alone. Steve gave me the quote before starting any work and I’ve already received a detailed invoice with photos he sent after he completed the job. He was very friendly, polite, and the cat liked him. :). “5 star all the way. I was in need of a gasket and screen for my esbar heater service. Called in and the gentleman said he would be there following day, which worked perfect for my schedule. When I went to grab them unfortunately I just had my wife's card on me and he took all info from me and charge later. Unfortunately for some reason her card did not work so I got a voice message to contact Edmonton lady and gave her my card info. She put through the charge and sent me a email receipt. Starting with the quote process, they gave us plenty of options and helped us design a system of heating and cooling that would work for our budget plans and house. The install was done very well. It was clear that they took pride in their work. Very professional, respectful of our house and privacy. The installer took the time to explain the whole system and set up. The team reached out to me to make sure everything was done to our liking and they also were available for questions.
