Excellent personalized customer service from Shaun who educated us about electric fireplace inserts including demoing various showroom models during multiple visits to the beautiful Hearth & Home Fireplace showroom. He also assisted us in determining the insert size our fireplace could accommodate. We selected the Modern Flames Orion Traditional which was a special order. We're very grateful that Shaun was able to source this insert for us. It is a perfect fit, and we absolutely love the appearance and features!
From our initial contact with Tim in Sales, to Mitch their Installation Manager, to Justin and JL who did the actual install of both our new fireplaces, to Kendall who made sense of our invoices, everything from start to finish was completely professional. Everyone felt like a they were part of a extremely well organized team who put customer service first. Absolutely recommend Hearth and Home. Everything was very thorough and smooth from when we were initially deciding on a wood stove, getting a quote, and having it installed. They really made the process easy for us. Dave was super helpful and a pleasure to work with.
