I tried a few times to contact the people who organize pick ups, and never could reach anyone to ask clarification on certain items, and never got a callback to messages I left on random voicemail. They called on the morning of scheduled pickup but by then it’s kinda too late to make changes. Disappointed in lack of communication.

Thank you very much for the help I've received. As promised Estevan, the driver call me right after 08:30 today to give me 2hour time window for pick-up. Him and the other gentleman, showed up punctually as agreed. Great service.
