Trina Lo and her team at FreshInk Communications has been handling all our marketing for the past couple years. The intake processes was very detailed so they could truly understand who are customers are and what are our procedures. From there we were able to get a proposal of all they had to offer and started with a few items we could afford... but as business started rolling in, we were able to add to it. We started with social media posts 2 years ago, and now we have a detailed brand guide, have ads in various publications, a clear sales funnel, been exposed to new networks, have a monthly newsletter, have branded trade show table ready to go at a moments notice......read full review
