We’ve always thought planning a funeral would be difficult, stressful and of course very expensive. It was expensive, but we felt it was worth every penny. Our mother passed away, and we wanted to give her the best funeral we could afford. Foster’s was amazingly helpful and caring, and no pressures sales at all. Richard, our funeral director helped us planned the within our budget restraints. They know their job well and gave us great advice. The funeral turned out wonderfully, ( which is important for the Chinese culture ). We felt that we’ve really honoured our mother with all that Foster’s have provided. Very comforting and professional staff and helpful with administrative and personal details. Thank you for your compassion and dedication Brent, Connie, Richard, and all the staff in regards to our mother's passing this last summer.
During the loss of our loved one we went to Fosters because it has been a tradition in our family for many generations! But I must say the care & compassion that we received was beyond anything I have ever experienced!
Brent looked after every little detail, from greeting family to making sure there was a meal provided, to helping with the service & songs, then putting so much care into the video from the pictures provided, I honestly could go on about the service rendered to our family!
