I am so impressed by the service at Foothills. I emailed them a few days before asking a couple of questions about getting a bunch of keys cut and some of them were very unique. I also asked how the payment process works. I work for a company and needed them to be invoiced later. Not only did Megan respond to the email within a day, she also cut all the keys I needed (about 25) when I came in a few days later. She was patient and answered all my questions as I sorted throught two large key rings. The service was personable, clear, and concise and the email communication was prompt. May not seem like rocket science but it is surprisingly hard to find these days.... read full review

Had Foothills come to our home to repair a door lock and improve the way two exterior doors close and lock. The service tech, Hans, couldn't have been more pleasant and patient and he did great work. Would not hesitate to use Foothills Locksmiths again.
