I've been with them for atleast 10 - 12 years. They're always friendly and everyone is so helpful & pleasant. Everyone should try this place and you'll never leave! ????

The staff is amazing and always have the best suggestions and provide amazing service.
Ola was super helpful with my warranty claim for my new Gucci glasses.
They just got in some new transitioning lenses colours too!

Did a walk-in after I stepped on my glasses. Just asked if they could fix them as they were twisted. They took them in the back and minutes later glasses were perfect. I pulled out my debit card and she said no charge. Nothing is free anymore. I was shocked with such customer service. I wish I came here when I got glasses for the first time, six months ago. LensCrafters is an assembly line.
