ERM just completed installing a new hot water tank for us. They responded quickly, communicated prices and timing. Workers were clean efficient and personable. I chose ERM because of their great reviews ,and the service I experienced was alligned with the five star rating. I hired them for two jobs: removal of a garburator/installation of two new drains, and the installation of a 75gallon hot water tank. They were on time for both visits, professional, took care and attention in my home, and answered all questions I had.
