Great experience with my icbc claim the staff are super friendly and helpful. The courtesy vehicle was lovely, my truck came back detailed which was an amazing surprise, also I noticed my signal was not working on opposite side the work was done so likely nothing to do with them but they immediately had a shop guy, Dylan come out to fix it, the problem was corroded parts but Dylan tinkered with them till they worked. Then they said no charge have a great weekend! I am so grateful for great service, thank you Tanya, Cecil, Corey, Dylan, and Jennifer!
Curtis and Riley did a spectacular job on the front end of my Toyota Camry, including touching up a few spots that weren’t part of the original work order. Thanks! Riley was at the front desk when I came in and is thoroughly professional and personable. Communication was consistent and timely throughout the process. As an added bonus my vehicle was detailed inside to perfection. I highly recommend them!

Even went the extra mile by cleaning the inside of the car, and if that wasn’t good enough, they found a mudflap that came off in the trunk and they put it back on. True meaning of service. Hope I never need to use them again, but if I do only place to go.
